804528 Mercury Optimax 75-90-115-200-225 HP refurbished Fuel Injector

The Mercury Optimax 804528, for 75-250 HP outboards and part number 804528, covering years 2000-06 for 75-90-115-200-225 models, is refurbished in-house with a lifetime guarantee. Each unit undergoes ultrasonic back flushing, electrical resistance testing for injectors, flow and calibration testing, and verification of fuel spray patterns. They are also subjected to triple leak testing. New O-rings, filters, and seals are installed.
