The Mercury OptiMax Blue Air Injector undergoes a comprehensive cleaning, degreasing, and disassembly of all detachable components. A resistance test evaluates the coil, followed by a three-step ultrasonic cleaning and reverse back flush to remove any internal contaminants. Furthermore, a leak-down test is executed at 80psi. All replaceable components, including O-rings, filters, and seals, are replaced with new, high-quality parts, ensuring the injector is installation-ready as a plug-and-play option.
