Any deterioration can lead to reduced fuel economy, weak acceleration, excessive emissions, hard starting, rough idle and poor gas mileage. Any irregularity in the flow of the injectors can affect the entire engines management system causing a noticeable deterioration in performance. We rebuild every injector with our 14 step process using state of the art ASNU fuel injector service on all benches. All injectors flow to within 1% or better.

OUR INJECTOR CLEANING SERVICE INCLUDES:

1. Clean & degrease injector 2. Resistance test 3. Remove all external components 4. Two Ultrasonic cleanings 5. Reverse / Back Flush 6. Spray pattern test 7. Leak down test / 80psi 8. Flow rate test before & after 9. Polish injector 10. Clear-coat injector 11. Lubricate injector 12. Install all new components: (pintle caps, retainers, 0-rings, seals, spacers & screens) 13. Package and seal injector 14. Final inspection
