Fuel Injector Restoration Service

Less than 2% of injectors fail due to mechanical failure. They just get clogged with dirt that comes through the fuel system. On the car cleaning is a temporary fix that actually puts sediment and dirt into the tiny filter that is in each fuel injector. We bring back 100% of the injectors function and replace all the parts including o-rings, pintle caps, spacers and filters for a fraction of the cost of buying new or rebuilt units from the auto stores or the dealer.

1. Clean & degrease injector

2. Resistance test

3. Remove all external components

4. Two (2) Ultrasonic cleanings

5. Reverse / Back Flush

6. Spray pattern test

7. Leak down test / 80psi

8. Flow rate test before & after

9. Polish injector

10. Clear-coat injector

11. Lubricate injector

12. Install all new components: (pintle caps, retainers, 0-rings, seals, spacers & screens)

13. Package and seal injector

14. Final inspection
